This summer, 3 days a week for 9 weeks, from June 29th to August 28th. Just $400+Tax.

Field Day

Increase your sprinting speed by working on skills like acceleration, max velocity, and movement mechanics.

Specializing in athletic development, Courtney and Travis have trained elite college and professional athletes across multiple sports. Travis, a competitive rugby player and OFC-certified strength coach, brings top-tier experience to the turf, having worked with the OHL’s Kingston Frontenacs and NFL Combine prospects in Tampa.
